WHY DOES A CERTAIN RETAILER HAVE AN ITEM THAT IS NOT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?
There are times where you may find that a retailer has a unique Eagle item in
their store, which may not be listed on our website. Some retailers choose to do
their own SMU (Special Make-Up) product, or, carry older discontinued models
that they continue to custom order. Feel free to email us at
info@eaglehockey.com
if you have questions on these items.
In the future, EagleHockey.com will have a listing and photos of our older,
discontinued glove models, for those that still wish to custom order them.
DOES EAGLE HOCKEY SPONSOR TEAMS?
Unfortunately, Eagle does not sponsor teams. We do, however, have a Team Program
that is run through Eagle Hockey Authorized Retailers. Please contact your local
retailer for more information.
CAN I ORDER DIRECTLY FROM EAGLE?
NO. We work very closely with authorized Eagle Hockey Retailers throughout the
world. It is important to realize that our mandate is to build the best products
and work closely with them.
However, we are always looking forward to taking a call from you requesting
information about our products. We will take as much time as is necessary to
answer any questions to your complete satisfaction. In the end, we will work
towards putting you in the hands of one of our Eagle Hockey Authorized
Retailers.
WHAT IS EAGLE’S WARRANTY POLICY ON PALMS?
Our policy is quite simple. We unconditionally guarantee our palms against
manufacturer’s defects.
What is a manufacturer’s defect? Amongst other things, it can come from a stitch
being missed due to a stress tear in the material. We can not guarantee though
that every palm will perform to the complete satisfaction of each customer. In
today’s game, many variables play a major role in effecting the durability and
longevity of a glove palm, including some of the following:
*Grip Tape
*Grip coatings on sticks
*Sharp and/or non rounded edges on top end of stick
*Total number of hours used each week, etc.
Palms are like tires; the more use, the quicker they wear thin. Some palms have
specific performance advantages. In most cases these “natural skin” palms
(Digital) tend to be purchased based on performance and not longevity.
The standard synthetic palm is still the most durable. If there is a reason you
believe the palm on your glove is not wearing properly, we will be happy to have
it inspected either through our regional representative, the store you purchased
it from, or, through our factory.
At the end of the day, if there is a manufacturing problem and we can't fix the
glove to your complete satisfaction, we'll replace it.
HOW CAN I FIND A DEALER IN MY AREA?

help you in finding an Eagle Hockey Authorized Retailer quicker. If we have
failed to help you out through our locator, please feel free to call our
customer service team at 1-800-809-2230 and we will find a dealer for you.
CAN I HAVE MY EQUIPMENT CUSTOM MADE, BEYOND JUST COLOR SCHEME & MY NAME
EMBROIDERED ON THE GEAR?
We will custom make any piece of equipment we produce to your exact request and
specifications. This means we do stuff above and beyond custom colors and stitch
your name onto the product.
Please keep in mind that in most cases additional charges will apply when
required. To ensure a smooth transition between our manufacturing facility and
yourself, we will also work closely with the support of the Eagle Hockey
Authorized Retailer of your choice.
HOW DOES EAGLE COME UP WITH THEIR GLOVE SIZES?
Take your glove and measure from the tip of the middle finger, through the back
rolls of the glove, all the way to the end of the glove at the wrist. That
measurement is the size of the glove.
